By accessing or using oomf cards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

oomf cards is a free, community-driven collectible card game where users submit public tweet image URLs to a shared pool, open card packs, build collections, and engage in card battles. The service is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes.

3. Accounts

You may use the service anonymously or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or impersonate other users. Usernames must be unique and must not contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

4. User-Submitted Content

• You may only submit URLs to publicly available tweet images on X (Twitter).
• By submitting a URL, you confirm that the content is publicly accessible and does not violate our Rules.
• Submitting a tweet URL does not transfer ownership of the image. All original content remains the property of its respective creators.
• We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting prohibited content as outlined in our Rules.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the service.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service.
• Circumventing rate limits, credit systems, or other protective measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Injecting malicious code, scripts, or attempting cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

6. Intellectual Property

The oomf cards platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. Card images are sourced from publicly available tweets and remain the property of their original creators. We make no claim of ownership over user-submitted images.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep oomf cards available but make no guarantees of uptime, performance, or uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

oomf cards is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or our rules. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
